We are sorry to hear that you want to return something that you have purchased from us. We didn’t want it to come to this.
To request a return, you need to do this within 28 days of making your order. This allows for standard processing & delivery time plus an addition 2 weeks.
To create a return request, visit your account page, click on the order number and then on the product line, press the relevant option.
If you have decided that you no longer want a product, please visit your order page in your account to request a return for the product.
You are responsible for paying for return postage. Monsta Threads Ltd. does not accept responsibility or liability for products that have been returned and we do not receive. Items must be returned in suitable packaging and items in original, unworn condition.
We will inspect all items once returned and notify you of approval or rejection of your request.
If you do discover your item is faulty, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible with a photo and description of the fault and we will try to make it right. Please do say whether you want a replacement or refund to speed up the process.
In most cases, we will simply reprint and post your new item and will not require you to send it back to us, just recycle it responsibly according to your local authority regulations.
If you choose not to receive a replacement, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately not. Once an order has been processed it cannot be amended.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order is preferable. Any later than that we may have already started to print your garment. Please send us an message via our contact page to cancel your order.
